On behalf of our client, a leading broker, we are looking for a Dealer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance and optimizing system parameters
- Liaises with technical team on the maintenance and enhancement of trading and monitoring systems
- Follows the company’s operational procedures and internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitors and analyzes client’s trading activities and exposures
- Provides internal support to the client facing team on trading related inquiries
- Prepares regular and ad-hoc reports to key stakeholders
- Keeps up to date with financial markets information and conducting market research
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Banking, Finance or any other relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a trading, risk management or data analysis related role in a financial institution
- Understanding of best execution policies and procedures according to MiFID II is a must
- Fluency in English and Greek, in both verbal and written form
- Advanced CySEC certification will be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge of the regulatory reporting requirements and process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
- Experience in Power BI, Tableau or any other; SQL or Python skill will be considered as an advantage
- Willing to work shifts on rotation (08:00-16:00 and 16:00-24:00) and Public Holidays
