On behalf of our client, an investment firm specializing in asset management, we are looking for a Forex Support Representative to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts full KYC verification procedures for clients.
- Provides platform support to clients via chat, email, and phone.
- Collaborates closely with other departments to achieve the company’s objectives.
- Assists clients and the call center with client-related financial queries and issues.
- Implements the company’s customer service policies.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar position is a must.
- Ability to work in flexible working schedule.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be regarded as a significant asset
