Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads the content team and oversees content creation, curation, and strategy for all channels, including our website, blog, social media, and marketing materials.
- Crafts and implements a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborates with marketing, sales, and product teams to create synergistic content initiatives.
- Manages content schedules, editorial calendars, and content workflows.
- Stays updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform content strategy.
- Ensures all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience.
- Monitors market trends and provides insights on content best practices and innovations within the industry.
- Analyzes content performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and report on content ROI.
- Mentors and develops the content team, setting performance goals and guiding career progression.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior content management role in the financial services industry.
- Proficient in using content management systems and analytics tools.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing content teams.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of content marketing strategy, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
- Extensive knowledge of financial markets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
