On behalf of our client, a real estate company, we are looking for an Interior Designer to be based in their premises in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with architects, developers, and clients on space planning and design direction
- Develops design concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations
- Researches and specifies materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures
- Creates detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
- Coordinates with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Estimates project costs and manages budgets
- Conducts site visits, oversees installation, and guides the execution of design intent
- Maintains clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (entry-level candidates with strong portfolios will be considered)
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or any other 3D design software
- Fluency in English and Greek
- Strong creative thinking and visualization skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Knowledge of interior design principles, materials and construction methods
- Strong portfolio of previous interior design work—experience in real estate projects is a plus
