On behalf of our client, a broad-spectrum property management service provider, we are looking for an Interior Designer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the development of design concepts and mood boards for residential and commercial interiors
- Prepares client presentations, including finishes, FF&E selections, and material boards
- Liaises with suppliers to obtain quotations, samples, and lead times, and assist in cost evaluation
- Participates in and progressively lead client presentations and follow-ups
- Participates in client meetings and follow-ups
- Attends site visits and liaise with contractors and subcontractors to support quality control
- Stays up to date with industry trends, materials, and product innovations
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented appropriately
- Upholds company values, policies, and design standards
- Executes all other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or similar
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills
- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in interior design
- Proficient in AutoCad, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of 3D software will be considered an advantage
- Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent sales, presentation, and communication skills
- Demonstration of ability to work across several projects simultaneously whilst managing workload and meeting deadlines
- Someone who thrives both working in a team and independently
- Proactive, with strong initiative and openness to feedback
- Strong attention to detail and design sensitivity
