IT Support Engineer

On behalf of our client, an IT solution provider, we are looking for an IT Support Engineer, to be based in Limassol, Cyprus. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides first-line support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Installs, configures, and maintains workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
  • Assists with user account management (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.)
  • Troubleshoots basic network issues (LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN)
  • Maintains IT documentation and updates inventory records
  • Escalates complex issues to senior IT staff when required
  • Supports software updates, patches, and endpoint security tasks

Job Requirements: 

  • Diploma/degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+)
  • 0–2 years of IT experience, including internships or hands-on lab work
  • Knowledge of Jira ticketing systems will be considered an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with common office applications (Microsoft Office, email clients)
  • Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Fluency in both Greek and English
  • Valid driving license
