On behalf of our client, an established computer business, we are looking for an IT Support Engineer, to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs troubleshooting and repairs client’s IT products
- Installs, configures, and maintains software and hardware components
- Provides guidance and technical support to clients in person as well as through the phone regarding their hardware/software problems or needs
- Ensures that their work is executed in an organized and professional manner
- Keeps client’s up to date with their service status
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of hardware and repairing
- Fluent Greek/English (Written and Verbal)
- Driver License
- Client-oriented service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-driven environment
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to work to agreed deadlines
- Knowledge of networking and network security will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in the Russian language will be considered an advantage
