IT Support Engineer

On behalf of our client, an established computer business, we are looking for an IT Support Engineer, to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs troubleshooting and repairs client’s IT products
  • Installs, configures, and maintains software and hardware components
  • Provides guidance and technical support to clients in person as well as through the phone regarding their hardware/software problems or needs
  • Ensures that their work is executed in an organized and professional manner
  • Keeps client’s up to date with their service status

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of hardware and repairing
  • Fluent Greek/English (Written and Verbal)
  • Driver License
  • Client-oriented service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-driven environment
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to work to agreed deadlines
  • Knowledge of networking and network security will be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in the Russian language will be considered an advantage
