On behalf of our client, a cybersecurity company, we are looking for a Junior Network Support Engineer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides Level 1 and Level 2 support for network infrastructure
- Provides support for endpoint security solutions and email security systems
- Supports Active Directory environments
- Monitors customer environments and responds to alerts and incidents
- Troubleshoots connectivity, performance, authentication, and security-related issues
- Supports Active Directory users, groups, policies, and permissions
- Assists in device configuration, upgrades, and patch management
- Escalates complex cases to senior engineers when required
- Maintains documentation of incidents, changes, and technical procedures
- Supports customer onboarding and implementation projects
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Networking, Cyber Security, or related field
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs
- Basic understanding of network security principles
- Basic understanding of Active Directory (user management, GPOs, domain concepts)
- Basic understanding of Windows Server environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication skills in Greek and English
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
