Office Administrator (Part-time)

On behalf of our client, an innovative boutique law firm, we are looking for an Office Administrator (Part-time) to be based at their premises in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greets and welcomes clients, guests, and delivery personnel with warmth and professionalism
  • Answers, screens, and directs incoming phone calls; manages voicemail messages
  • Maintains a tidy, organized reception and lobby area
  • Coordinates meeting room bookings, prepares rooms for sessions, and assists with virtual setups
  • Handles incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers
  • Provides basic administrative support such as document scanning, data entry, filing, and updating contact directories
  • Supports attorneys and staff with ad-hoc tasks including scheduling appointments, ordering office supplies, and coordinating itineraries
  • Upholds confidentiality and ensures data security in line with legal industry standards

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in receptionist, administrative, or customer service roles will be considered as an advantage 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek and English
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), familiarity with office equipment
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
  • Discreet, reliable, and professional; understands the importance of confidentiality
