On behalf of our client, a leading insurance company, we are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Director – Part-time, to be based at their premises in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains a structured and prioritized overview of all ongoing and upcoming tasks assigned by the Director, ensuring timely follow‑up and completion
- Prepares, refines, and organizes conceptual ideas and initiatives provided by the Director for further review, assessment, and implementation
- Assists with drafting professional communications and supporting materials for potential clients based on guidance from the Director
- Manages and organizes digital communication channels, ensuring information is categorized, accessible, and aligned with internal processes
- Develops and maintains an organized system for client segmentation, records, and classification to support strategic engagement
- Coordinates administrative arrangements related to client relations and ensures all preparations are executed accurately
- Supports social media‑related tasks, including content organization, scheduling coordination, and maintaining consistency across platforms
- Upholds confidentiality and ensures the smooth flow of information between the Director and relevant stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree will be considered an advantage
- Prior administrative, PA, or coordination experience is an advantage
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Greek
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, and organizational tools (e.g., Excel, Google Drive, CRM etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured instructions and execute tasks with consistency
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
