On behalf of our client, a real estate company, we are looking for a Project Manager to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acts as the primary point of contact with contractors, managing assigned projects from ground‑up construction through commissioning
- Closely monitors execution parameters, ensuring strict control of budget, timelines, and quality standards
- Oversees all project administration, technical correspondence, and information flow between site teams and the office
- Attends progress meetings and conducts regular site inspections to promptly identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks
- Ensures technical quality by reviewing contractor drawings, programmes, and on‑site performance
- Provides financial oversight through cost analysis and effective management of materials scheduling and budgets
- Enforces compliance with building regulations, QA/QC procedures, and health & safety legislation
- Oversees commissioning and final handover to ensure successful and timely project delivery
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on site execution and contractor management
- Good knowledge of MS Project (essential for timeline tracking), AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Solid understanding of Cyprus construction contracts and local building procedures/materials
- Fluency in Greek and English is required
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
