On behalf of our client, a leading forex company, we are looking for a Project Manager to be based at our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the financial services sector, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
- Collaborates cross-functional teams, to ensure project alignment with business goals
- Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Manages and allocates resources effectively to ensure optimal project performance
- Tracks project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to senior management
- Ensures all projects adhere to relevant financial regulations and industry standards
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager within the financial services sector or FinTech industry
- Proficiency in project management software and a solid understanding of financial products and services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
