On behalf of our client, a world-class law firm, we are looking for a Property Lawyer to be based in their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities
- Holds meetings with clients of the Firm and handles cases which relate to property law matters, inter alia including sale and purchase of immovable property in Cyprus, administration of Estates of deceased persons, conveyancing, property law disputes
- Court appearances in all District Courts
- Responsible for the drafting of sale agreements and lease agreements
- Responsible for the preparation of Court filings
Job Requirements
- Holder of a Degree in Law
- Be admitted to the Cyprus Bar
- At least 2-3 years of previous work experience in a similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language
- Strong computer literacy and excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
