On behalf of our client, a specialized company for outsourced omnichannel customer support, experience, and complaint handling, we are looking for a Quality Control Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Participates in the assessment and investigation of complaints
- Provides reports according to the company’s Quality Control standards and guidelines
- Ensures compliance with quality standards by studying inbound and outbound monitoring
- Conducts support, provides guidance, and demonstrates reports for Conversion and Retention calls involving misconducted calls and/or flag investigations
- Is responsible for call reports from client complaints, provides flag title explanations for regulated matters as required
- Provides recommendations to influence improvements in quality activities and inspections
- Performs any other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree Quality Management, Engineering or any related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the forex/fintech industry
- Strong attention to detail and In-depth understanding of industry standards
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
- Skilled in problem solving, punctuality, ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with quality control tools and CRM systems
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
