Quality Control Officer

On behalf of our client, a specialized company for outsourced omnichannel customer support, experience, and complaint handling, we are looking for a Quality Control Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participates in the assessment and investigation of complaints
  • Provides reports according to the company’s Quality Control standards and guidelines
  • Ensures compliance with quality standards by studying inbound and outbound monitoring
  • Conducts support, provides guidance, and demonstrates reports for Conversion and Retention calls involving misconducted calls and/or flag investigations
  • Is responsible for call reports from client complaints, provides flag title explanations for regulated matters as required
  • Provides recommendations to influence improvements in quality activities and inspections
  • Performs any other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • BSc Degree Quality Management, Engineering or any related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the forex/fintech industry
  • Strong attention to detail and In-depth understanding of industry standards
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
  • Skilled in problem solving, punctuality, ability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity with quality control tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
