Recruitment Consultant

With immediate effect, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to be based at our office in Limassol, Cyprus. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Seeks out and hires professionals with the right combination of experience, education, and skills to fill in vacancies of customers
  • Contributes in growing and developing the business, within executive recruitment
  • Identifies new business opportunities, locates, and proposes business deals to the Head of Recruitment and by contacting potential customers as well as exploring opportunities
  • Participates in relevant events to identify any potential clients or candidates
  • Identifies and builds relationships with prospective customers through telephone, face to face meetings and formal pitches to target and research key decision-makers
  • Acts as a point of contact for recruitment and selection issues and complaints
  • Maintains and develops relationships with existing and prospective customers 
  • Liaises with existing and prospective customers to ensure they are regularly and consistently updated on progress ensuring all customers receive a positive recruitment experience
  • Communicates and collaborates with potential customers to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals, and provides advice about recruitment requirements
  • Liaises with candidates to ensure they are fully advised of processes and progress, ensuring all candidates receive a positive recruitment experience
  • Builds an applicant pool by researching and contacting candidates
  • Attracts prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Conducts interviews in a professional manner
  • Serves as a liaison with universities and colleges to expand the candidates’ pool and advertise the job requisitions 

Required Qualifications

  • University degree and/or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Management or Psychology
  • Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage 
  • Excellent command of the English language (oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent understanding of local employment legislation and labor law
