Sales Advisor

On behalf of our client, a leading company in designing and producing aluminum systems, we are looking for a Sales Advisor to be based at their premises in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Advises customers on suitable products that best meet their needs, explains product features and benefits to customers, and encourages sales.
  • Schedules and follows up on appointments with customers, building rapport and business relationships during showroom appointments.
  • Makes positive and compelling presentations of products by demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the product’s features and advantages.
  • Enters and updates customer data and other useful information in the CRM system.
  • Contacts industry professionals and provides technical support.
  • Undertakes all relevant training and refreshes training as relevant to the role.
  • Maintains the daily operation of the showroom.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Previous sales experience is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal), as well as negotiation and sales skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and with other departments.
  • Strong organizational skills include attention to detail and multitasking skills. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
