Sales Manager

On behalf of our client, a real estate and developer company, we are looking for a Sales Manager to be based at their offices in Paphos, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in line with company goals
  • Manages and trains the sales team, setting clear objectives and ensuring team members are equipped to meet sales targets
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders 
  • Identifies new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company’s client base and project portfolio
  • Leads the negotiation and closure of contracts with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client
  • Conducts market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth area
  • Monitors and reports on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and maintaining open lines of communication
  • Works closely with the marketing, project management, and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field
  • 2-4 years of sales manager experience in a real estate firm
  • Experience with EU or middle Mediterranean clients will be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Greek, in both the verbal and written form
  • Computer literate i.e., MS suite 
  • Proficiency in CRM software will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
