Sales Manager

On behalf of our client, a globally successful trade and distribution company, we are looking for a Sales Manager to be based at their premises in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes regional and account-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
  • Represents the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility
  • Monitors market trends and customer needs to recommend product or service improvements
  • Manages and grows key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
  • Builds and maintains long-term relationships with distributors, contractors, and retail partners
  • Leads, motivates, and develops the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Sets performance objectives, monitors progress, and provides coaching and mentoring
  • Monitors sales performance metrics and contributes to business planning and forecasting
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
  • Collaborates with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions
  • Maintains accurate CRM data and prepares regular sales reports for management review

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial, B2B, or technical product sectors and in a managerial position
  • Proven experience in key account management, territory sales, and customer relationship development
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and data-driven sales strategies
  • Fluent in Greek and English, in both verbal and written form
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze financial and market data to support business planning and strategy
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards relevant to the swimming pool equipment sector is a plus
