On behalf of our client, a real estate and developer company, we are looking for a Sales Manager to be based at their offices in Paphos, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in line with company goals
- Manages and trains the sales team, setting clear objectives and ensuring team members are equipped to meet sales targets
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Identifies new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company’s client base and project portfolio
- Leads the negotiation and closure of contracts with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client
- Conducts market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth area
- Monitors and reports on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed
- Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and maintaining open lines of communication
- Works closely with the marketing, project management, and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field
- 2-4 years of sales manager experience in a real estate firm
- Experience with EU or middle Mediterranean clients will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in English and Greek, in both the verbal and written form
- Computer literate i.e., MS suite
- Proficiency in CRM software will be considered an advantage
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
