On behalf of our client, a globally successful trade and distribution company, we are looking for a Sales Manager to be based at their premises in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes regional and account-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
- Represents the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility
- Monitors market trends and customer needs to recommend product or service improvements
- Manages and grows key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
- Builds and maintains long-term relationships with distributors, contractors, and retail partners
- Leads, motivates, and develops the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Sets performance objectives, monitors progress, and provides coaching and mentoring
- Monitors sales performance metrics and contributes to business planning and forecasting
- Ensures compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
- Collaborates with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions
- Maintains accurate CRM data and prepares regular sales reports for management review
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial, B2B, or technical product sectors and in a managerial position
- Proven experience in key account management, territory sales, and customer relationship development
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and data-driven sales strategies
- Fluent in Greek and English, in both verbal and written form
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze financial and market data to support business planning and strategy
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards relevant to the swimming pool equipment sector is a plus
