On behalf of our client, a real estate company, we are looking for a Sales Officer to be based in their premises in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively seeks out new business opportunities through targeted market research, networking activities, and lead generation efforts
- Coordinates and attends property viewings via estate agents and established networks to promote the sale of the company’s real estate portfolio
- Cultivates and strengthens relationships with prospective clients, industry contacts, and key stakeholders
- Works closely with internal teams to craft customized proposals and impactful presentations for potential clients
- Manages negotiations and finalizes agreements, ensuring all terms and contracts align with company goals and standards
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying new business opportunities
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Hebrew and Russian is a significant advantage
