On behalf of our client, a real estate company, we are looking for a Sales Officer to be based in their premises in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Organizes and attends viewings through estate agents and other networks for the sale of the company’s real estate properties
- Builds and maintains relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders
- Collaborates with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients
- Negotiates and closes deals, ensuring that terms and contracts align with company objectives
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying new business opportunities
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Hebrew and Russian is a significant advantage
