Sales Officer

On behalf of our client, a real estate company, we are looking for a Sales Officer to be based in their premises in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Organizes and attends viewings through estate agents and other networks for the sale of the company’s real estate properties
  • Builds and maintains relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders
  • Collaborates with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients
  • Negotiates and closes deals, ensuring that terms and contracts align with company objectives

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying new business opportunities
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Hebrew and Russian is a significant advantage
