Senior Corporate Services Administrator

On behalf of our client, an innovative boutique law firm, we are looking for a Senior Corporate Services Administrator, to be based at their premises in Limassol, Cyprus

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the incorporation and administration of Cyprus and international companies.
  • Prepares and files corporate documents, including resolutions, annual returns, changes of directors/shareholders, and other statutory filings.
  • Manages corporate records and ensures timely submission of documents to the relevant authorities.
  • Handles client communication and coordination with third-party providers on corporate-related matters.
  • Maintains and updates internal CRM and document management systems.
  • Liaises with the Registrar of Companies and other regulatory bodies.
  • Manages UBO Registers, Trust Registers, and Economic Substance compliance.
  • Supports day-to-day client interactions and ensures high-quality service standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (corporate services, law firm, or fiduciary services preferred).
  • A good knowledge of corporate services activities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn, with good time management and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
