On behalf of our client, a real estate company, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to be based in their premises in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reports regularly to the Technical Director on project progress, key risks, and overall portfolio performance
- Actively controls and challenges contractors to ensure programme milestones are achieved on time
- Manages multiple concurrent projects in line with the company’s strategic objectives and quality standards
- Leads and oversees a team of Project Managers, ensuring consistent delivery across all active sites
- Monitors budget, timelines, and quality throughout the construction lifecycle
- Collaborates closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure technical specifications are met
- Oversees construction administration, facilitating effective communication and information flow between the developer and contractors
- Attends progress meetings and conducts regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Ensures contractor performance aligns with agreed budgets, schedules, and quality benchmarks
- Oversees project delivery and commissioning to support a smooth and successful handover
- Supervises on‑site construction activities through the Project Management team to ensure completion within agreed constraints
- Provides technical guidance and resolves complex construction challenges as they arise on site
- Ensures full compliance with health and safety legislation and procedures across all outsourced parties
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or other related fields
- At least 10 years of previous experience in a similar position, with a focus on managing multiple projects and overseeing PM teams
- Software literate including AutoCAD 2D, MS Office
- Advanced proficiency in project scheduling and programming is essential
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of the laws and regulations relevant to residential and commercial development in Cyprus
