Social Media & Content Manager

With immediate effect, we are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to be based at our offices in Limassol, Cyprus. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Creates, and proofreads content across digital, social media, broadcast, and print channels.
  • Manages social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and basic community management.
  • Plans and executes digital marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Develop creative ideas and digital initiatives to grow and strengthen client online brands presence.
  • Maintains content calendars and supports campaign planning.
  • Supports SEO and SEM initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Monitors, analyses, and optimises content and campaign performance.
  • Research industry-related topics, market trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity to support content development.
  • Works closely with clients to gather inputs, validate messaging, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Uses AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and content workflows.
  • Performs any other related project or task assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in social media & content creation.
  • Big plus for experience in Canva and/or graphic design tools.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
