Talent Acquisition Lead

On behalf of our client, a real estate company, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to be based in their premises in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Owns the full recruiting lifecycle across the Group, including sourcing, screening, structured interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing
  • Partners with the CEO and department heads to define role scorecards, assessment processes, and hiring standards
  • Builds and maintains a pipeline of senior talent across Cyprus, Greece, the UK, and expansion markets
  • Designs and runs structured assessment processes, including technical tests, case studies, and critical thinking exercises
  • Builds the employer brand on LinkedIn and across the Cyprus and Greek markets
  • Owns the ATS, hiring metrics, and reporting, including time to hire, cost per hire, offer acceptance, and 12-month retention
  • Develops relationships with executive search firms for senior hires and manages these processes in-house wherever possible
  • Builds out the function over time by bringing in coordinators and resources as hiring volume grows

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally including a high-growth scale-up or PE-backed business
  • Demonstrated track record of closing senior hires (Director level and above) in finance, real estate, or hospitality
  • Comfortable operating with limited process and building it as you go
  • Strong commercial instincts, you understand what “good” looks like across very different functions
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Greek is a strong plus
