On behalf of our client , tech and marketing services company , we are hiring an Affiliate Finance Officer to join their dynamic team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with affiliate and in-house marketing managers to define agreements and commission structures within the affiliate software.
- Assists with the affiliate balance calculations and reconciliation with the Finance department.
- Keeps up with the marketing costs within PowerBI reports and dashboards.
- Manages the affiliate payout process for affiliates, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Identifies cost-saving opportunities specific to affiliate operations and implement strategies accordingly.
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
- 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role, within the forex industry or a similar field is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an industry-specific focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
