Business Processes Support Officer

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing Information & Technology Solutions & Services provider we are looking for a Business Processes Support Officer to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the documentation of business processes, workflows, and procedures
  • Performs testing of delivered solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and specifications
  • Documents and reports any issues or discrepancies found during testing
  • Assists in the implementation of new processes and solutions and provides support to staff during transitions and ensures proper understanding and adoption of new procedures
  • Collects and analyzes data related to business processes to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives
  • Provides training and support to staff on new processes and systems and serves as a point of contact for process-related queries and issues
  • Contributes to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing processes and solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
  • Work experience of 2-3 years in business process support, process improvement, as well as solution testing is a plus
  • Basic understanding of business process management and improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and testing
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
