Client Relations Officer

On behalf of our client, a specialized company for outsourced omnichannel customer support, experience, and complaint handling, we are looking for a Client Relations Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handles, investigates, and resolves customer complaints within given timeframes through various mediums, including telephone and email
  • Obtains necessary information and updates from other departments regarding the resolution of complaints
  • Presents detailed summaries of complaints to the Head of Department
  • Negotiates suitable resolutions to complaints with clients
  • Ensures that all formal replies are provided appropriately depending on the task
  • Provides complaint-related reports as requested
  • Ensures ticketing and data capturing are accurate and timeous
  • Performs any other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • BSc Degree at any related field
  • Skilled in problem solving, punctuality, and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with ticketing systems and CRM
  • 3 years of experience in the Forex industry will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience as account managers, support agents, Back Office, Compliance
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Ability to handle large amounts of data
  • Attention to details & ability to follow procedures
  • Languages: Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Hindi are highly preferred
