Client Relations Officer

On behalf of our client, a company offering banking, legal counsel, and dealing support, we are looking for a Client Relations Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling, investigating, and resolving customer complaints within given timeframes through various mediums, including telephone and email.
  • Obtains necessary information and updates from other departments regarding the resolution of the complaints.
  • Presents detailed summaries of complaints to the Head of Department.
  • Negotiates suitable resolutions to complaints with clients.
  • Ensures that all formal replies are provided accordingly, depending on the task.
  • Provides complaint-related reports as requested.
  • Ensures tickets and data capture are accurate and timely.
  • Performs any other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • 3 years of experience in the forex industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience as account managers, support agents, back office, compliance.
  • Languages: English, German, Japanese, and Korean are highly preferred.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and CRM.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Skilled in problem solving, punctuality, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to handle large amounts of data.
  • Attention to details and the ability to follow procedures.
