On behalf of our client, a specialized company for outsourced omnichannel customer support, experience, and complaint handling, we are looking for a Client Relations Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles, investigates, and resolves customer complaints within given timeframes through various mediums, including telephone and email
- Obtains necessary information and updates from other departments regarding the resolution of complaints
- Presents detailed summaries of complaints to the Head of Department
- Negotiates suitable resolutions to complaints with clients
- Ensures that all formal replies are provided appropriately depending on the task
- Provides complaint-related reports as requested
- Ensures ticketing and data capturing are accurate and timeous
- Performs any other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree at any related field
- Skilled in problem solving, punctuality, and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with ticketing systems and CRM
- 3 years of experience in the Forex industry will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience as account managers, support agents, Back Office, Compliance
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
- Ability to handle large amounts of data
- Attention to details & ability to follow procedures
- Languages: Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Hindi are highly preferred
