Client Support Representative (English and Polish Speaking)

On behalf of our client, a leading broker, we are looking for a Client Support Representative (English and Polish Speaking) to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Provides high-quality and best-in-class service to our clients across telephone calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Takes initiatives consistently to resolve clients’ queries with full dedication and determination by identifying problems and solutions in a timely manner.
  • Analyses skillfully and understands clients’ needs, identifies business opportunities and ways to provide best experience.
  • Liaises proactively with various departments to assist in resolving clients’ queries.
  • Learns proactively about the financial markets, CFD industry, and trading platforms.
  • Assists actively with proof reading and translation of contents as required.

Job Requirements: 

  • Prior experience of working in a Customer Services and Financial Institutions is preferred, but not essential.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong eagerness to learn about financial markets including forex, global share indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies.
  • Enthusiasm about customer service and problem-solving.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Willingness to commit to long-term career growth and professional development.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
