On behalf of our client, a leading broker, we are looking for a Client Support Representative (English and Polish Speaking) to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides high-quality and best-in-class service to our clients across telephone calls, emails, and other channels.
- Takes initiatives consistently to resolve clients’ queries with full dedication and determination by identifying problems and solutions in a timely manner.
- Analyses skillfully and understands clients’ needs, identifies business opportunities and ways to provide best experience.
- Liaises proactively with various departments to assist in resolving clients’ queries.
- Learns proactively about the financial markets, CFD industry, and trading platforms.
- Assists actively with proof reading and translation of contents as required.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience of working in a Customer Services and Financial Institutions is preferred, but not essential.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong eagerness to learn about financial markets including forex, global share indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies.
- Enthusiasm about customer service and problem-solving.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Willingness to commit to long-term career growth and professional development.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
