On behalf of our client, an information technology communications company, we are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager (Entertaiment) to work remotely.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops and executes outbound sales for B2B customer acquisition and retention in the global gambling industry
- Fosters strong connections with gaming brands/operators/CRMs on a global scale
- Plans and implements effective outbound sales strategies, ensuring seamless communication across diverse channels worldwide
- Oversees day-to-day operations in key markets, with a focus on pivotal regions
- Designs and monitors competitive pricing structures, evaluating clients success in engaging customers globally
- Monitors competitor behavior to enhance product and campaign strategies on a global scale
- Identifies and capitalizes on ad-hoc campaign opportunities based on real-time changes in customer situations across regions
- Evaluates and enhances new features in the global retention marketing/communication products for gaming industry
Job Requirements
- In-depth understanding of the gambling industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and additional languages.
- Proven experience in outbound sales
- Familiarity with multiple B2C gaming brands/operators/CRMs
- Expertise in tracking campaign metrics across channels
- Project management and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant tools, systems and technologies
- Strong initiative, detail-oriented, and organised
