On behalf of our client, a leading consulting, technology and outsourcing services company, we are looking for a Financial Software Consultant to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather business requirements. Documents and analyzes business processes to understand how they map to SAP solutions
- Configures SAP modules according to the specifications and requirements gathered Assists in customizing the SAP system to fit the specific needs of the business
- Performs unit testing to ensure individual components and configurations function correctly
- Supports integration and user acceptance testing to validate the entire system’s functionality
- Documents test cases and results and troubleshoots any issues that arise during testing
- Assists in data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
- Ensures data accuracy and integrity during the migration process
- Prepares and maintains detailed documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, and test plans
- Documents any custom developments or enhancements made to the SAP system
- Assists in creating training materials and conducts training sessions for end-users
- Provides post-go-live support to users, helps them navigate and use the SAP system effectively
- Responds to user queries and troubleshoots issues, escalates to senior consultants when necessary
- Supports project management activities by tracking project progress, updating project plans, and coordinating with team members
- Participates in project meetings and provides status updates on assigned tasks
- Stays updated with the latest SAP technologies, modules, and industry trends
- Participates in training programs and certifications to enhance SAP knowledge and skills
- Works closely with senior consultants, developers, and other project team members to ensure successful project delivery
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives
- Identifies, analyzes, and resolves issues related to SAP configurations, processes, and data
- Documents issues and solutions for future reference and improvement
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or another related field
- Five years of experience as a Financial Software Consultant in SAP Business One/ or SAP S/4HANA or a similar role is required.
- LCCI Diploma will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP Technologies, ERP, Business Intelligence systems, Accounting, or other Business Software is required.
- Fluent in the Greek and English language is required
