On behalf of our client, a boutique firm of Certified Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors, providing services, from audit and assurance to tax and business consulting, we are looking for a Semi Senior Auditor to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs audit engagements of both local and international clients
- Is involved in client acceptance procedures and preparation of the proper KYC files
- Understands client’s business
- Identifies risk areas and plans the audit work accordingly
- Prepares audit working papers
- Communicates with clients while conducting the audit work
- Plans, executes and successfully completes the audits in accordance with IFRSs and IASs
- Executes and finalizes the audit work
- Prepares tax computations and tax returns
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or other relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as an auditor in an audit firm
- ACCA/ACA qualification or attending the final stages of the qualification
- Previous working experience with IFRSs and IASs
- Knowledge of CaseWare audit international methodology
- Strong organizational, time management and teamwork skills
- Capable of working on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English language
- Eager to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
