Support Engineer / Assistant to the Technical Manager

On behalf of our client, an IT Service Provider, we are looking for a Support Engineer/ Assistant to the Technical Manager to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides first-level customer support concerning computers, servers, networking, and infrastructure support.
  • Works in-house, on-site, and remotely, to assist clients.
  • Understands problems and provides instant client support.
  • Acts as liaison between client and technical manager for more complex cases.
  • Handles and solves day-to-day problems.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of all Windows Operating systems, Office, Cloud Solutions, and Storage.
  • Good knowledge of Networks and WiFi.
  • Ability to work with Desktop, Laptops, Servers, Copiers, and other types of Hardware.
  • Excellent communication skills and use of Greek and English Language is a must.
  • Ability to work with remote tools like Teamviewer.
  • Driving license is mandatory
