On behalf of our client, an IT Service Provider, we are looking for a Support Engineer/ Assistant to the Technical Manager to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides first-level customer support concerning computers, servers, networking, and infrastructure support.
- Works in-house, on-site, and remotely, to assist clients.
- Understands problems and provides instant client support.
- Acts as liaison between client and technical manager for more complex cases.
- Handles and solves day-to-day problems.
Job Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of all Windows Operating systems, Office, Cloud Solutions, and Storage.
- Good knowledge of Networks and WiFi.
- Ability to work with Desktop, Laptops, Servers, Copiers, and other types of Hardware.
- Excellent communication skills and use of Greek and English Language is a must.
- Ability to work with remote tools like Teamviewer.
- Driving license is mandatory
