Administrative and Business Support Officer

On behalf of our client, a specialized IT-consulting firm, we are looking for an Administrative and Business Support Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Arranges and coordinates meetings, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials
  • Ensures smooth operation of the office (i.e. general office tasks, oversee daily office administrative functions, office supplies & inventory)
  • Runs company-related errands if/when needed
  • Provides support to all team members, adapting to new roles and responsibilities as the business continues to expand
  • Assists in the preparation of reports and presentations

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluency in Greek and English, in both verbal and written form
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and as part of a team
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Knowledge of AI tools would be considered an advantage
