On behalf of our client, a specialized IT-consulting firm, we are looking for an Administrative and Business Support Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arranges and coordinates meetings, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials
- Ensures smooth operation of the office (i.e. general office tasks, oversee daily office administrative functions, office supplies & inventory)
- Runs company-related errands if/when needed
- Provides support to all team members, adapting to new roles and responsibilities as the business continues to expand
- Assists in the preparation of reports and presentations
Job Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field will be considered as an advantage
- Fluency in Greek and English, in both verbal and written form
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with initiative and as part of a team
- A proactive approach with a willingness to take on new challenges
- Knowledge of AI tools would be considered an advantage
