On behalf of our client, a container terminal company we are looking for an Electrical Technician to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for troubleshooting, electrical maintenance, and repair work on ship-to-shore cranes, straddle carriers, and other electrical equipment.
Job Requirements
- Electrical Technician’s qualification with a specialization in control technology, a University degree in Electrical Engineering or a Diploma in Automotive Engineering will be considered an additional qualification.
- Previous practical experience in performing electrical maintenance and repairs on industrial automation will be considered an additional qualification.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Willingness to work shifts, during the weekends and/or on public holidays.
- Good command of the English language.
- Driving license.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
