On behalf of our client, one of the main suppliers of equipment for central heating, air conditioning, and plumbing, we are looking for an IT Specialist to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Determines ERP/WMS needs through analysis and consultation with the respective department, and identifies and develops improvements based on best practices and full utilization of ERP.
- Creates programs and configures ERP and WMS applications.
- Designs and develops reports, dashboards, and cubes.
- Updates on occasional improvements and record processes in ERP/WMS.
- Trains the users on ERP/WMS.
- Performs periodic routine activities and manages the security of ERP and WMS.
- Monitors and manages databases.
- Participates in supporting the users and systems of the organization as a member of the team.
Job Requirements:
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in ERP management.
- Experience in database management (SQL Server, Oracle).
- Knowledge of ERP development tools, programming languages, and business processes.
- Experience in business intelligence tools as well as an understanding of basic accounting principles and/or knowledge of business administration and/or project management will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
