On behalf of our client, a leading forex company, we are looking for a Junior CRM Administrator to to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages the company’s CRM configuration, such as general settings or the company’s users’ access.
- Investigates an issue regarding our CRM and provides a solution.
- Performs routine audits of systems and resolves any problems identified.
- Identifies a technical issue with a payment provider and communicates to resolve it.
- Organizes the upcoming deployment schedule.
- Administers the company’s ticketing system and responds to staff requests in a timely manner.
- Communicates with various departments to determine needs and explain complex issues.
- Understands, maintains, and optimizes the existing system’s database.
- Tests the quality of his or her work before submitting it for deployment.
Job Requirements
- A university degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field.
- Previous experience in a similar position will be a strong plus.
- Knowledge of MySQL will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Proactive and efficient with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
