Software Delivery and Support Officer

On behalf of our client, a software development and consulting firm we are looking for a Software Delivery and Support Officer  to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organizes, manages, and executes the delivery of company solutions to customer sites.
  • Manages and implements new installations and reviews the execution of new releases on existing installations.
  • Arranges for the delivery process to become automated.
  • Participates in technical support operations.
  • Contributes to the enhancement of the existing automated testing infrastructure.
  • Maintains any related documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Good command of the Windows Server Operating System.
  • Good knowledge of network concepts.
  • Knowledge of the administration of relational database systems will be considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience in shell programming and scripting (PowerShell) will be considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience with NUnit, Jenkins, and Liquibase will be considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a cloud environment will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal.
