On behalf of our client, a leading investment firm and payment institution, we are looking for a Customer Support Officer to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Deals with customer requests.
- Handle customers’ administrative matters.
- Communicates with clients for KYC (know your client) documentation.
- Liaises with different departments for client matters.
- Provides support to the sales department.
- Performs any related work as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Preferably, a degree in a business-related subject with knowledge of either banking, finance, or economics.
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or another relevant industry will be considered an advantage.
- Holder of the CySEC certificate of professional competence will be considered an advantage.
- Be fluent in the Greek and English languages.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer Literate.
