Customer Support Officer

On behalf of our client, a leading investment firm and payment institution, we are looking for a Customer Support Officer to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deals with customer requests.
  • Handle customers’ administrative matters.
  • Communicates with clients for KYC (know your client) documentation.
  • Liaises with different departments for client matters.
  • Provides support to the sales department.
  • Performs any related work as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably, a degree in a business-related subject with knowledge of either banking, finance, or economics.
  • Previous experience in banking, financial services, or another relevant industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Holder of the CySEC certificate of professional competence will be considered an advantage.
  • Be fluent in the Greek and English languages.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer Literate.
