On behalf of our client, a firm specializing in marine safety, we are looking for a Customer Support Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives enquires from the customer through email
- Handles the requests from the quotation stage up until the invoicing stage
- Coordinates with the Company’s Service Engineers, and makes arrangements for traveling, attendance, and submission of service reports
- Searches the approved service stations, through the website of the manufacturers and/or the classification societies members of IACS
- Maintains the most efficient implementation of the ISO Systems as per Company’s standards
- Creates and controls all manual filing systems and relevant office paperwork
Job Requirements:
- BSc in Shipping, Maritime or any other related field will be considered as an advantage
- A previous experience in a similar industry will be considered a plus
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once
- Computer literate
