On behalf of our Client, a multidiscipline marine service provider, we are looking for a Customer Support Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles client enquiries appropriately and ensures that high level service is provided
- Seeks potential vendors, compares and evaluates offers from suppliers
- Coordinates with suppliers to ensure smooth orders for each vessel
- Establishes professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers
- Provides admin and operational support
- Manages internal database and filling system
- Reports accordingly to the senior manager
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of previous working experience in a similar
- Good commercial knowledge of the shipping industry will be considered an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of the English Language is necessary
- Great organizational, interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and productively as part of a team
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
