Customer Support Officer

On behalf of our client, a firm specializing in marine safety, we are looking for a Customer Support Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives enquires from the customer through email
  • Handles the requests from the quotation stage up until the invoicing stage
  • Coordinates with the Company’s Service Engineers, and makes arrangements for traveling, attendance, and submission of service reports
  • Searches the approved service stations, through the website of the manufacturers and/or the classification societies members of IACS
  • Maintains the most efficient implementation of the ISO Systems as per Company’s standards
  • Creates and controls all manual filing systems and relevant office paperwork

Job Requirements:

  • BSc in Shipping, Maritime or any other related field will be considered as an advantage
  • A previous experience in a similar industry will be considered a plus
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once
  • Computer literate
