Customer Support Officer

On behalf of our Client, a multidiscipline marine service provider, we are looking for a Customer Support Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handles client enquiries appropriately and ensures that high level service is provided
  • Seeks potential vendors, compares and evaluates offers from suppliers
  • Coordinates with suppliers to ensure smooth orders for each vessel
  • Establishes professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers
  • Provides admin and operational support
  • Manages internal database and filling system
  • Reports accordingly to the senior manager

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of previous working experience in a similar 
  • Good commercial knowledge of the shipping industry will be considered an advantage 
  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language is necessary 
  • Great organizational, interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and productively as part of a team
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
