Junior Client Support Officer

On behalf of our client, a retail broker on a mission to deliver a streamlined trading experience, we are looking for a Junior Client Support Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides exceptional customer service to clients via various communication channels(email, phone, chat etc) 
  • Provides guidance on platform usage, account setup, and troubleshooting
  • Process client applications while ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Manages deposit and withdrawal requests
  • Collaborates internally to resolve account-related issues
  • Maintains precise records in CRM and Backoffice systems
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Escalates critical matters when required. 

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic, Spanish, and/or Portuguese (both written and spoken), any other language plus English will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge of forex trading concepts and financial markets is advantageous.
  • Prior customer support or Backoffice experience in forex or financial services is a plus
  • Proficient in using relevant software including accounting software, and MS Office Suite
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to work in shifts
