On behalf of our client, a retail broker on a mission to deliver a streamlined trading experience, we are looking for a Junior Client Support Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides exceptional customer service to clients via various communication channels(email, phone, chat etc)
- Provides guidance on platform usage, account setup, and troubleshooting
- Process client applications while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Manages deposit and withdrawal requests
- Collaborates internally to resolve account-related issues
- Maintains precise records in CRM and Backoffice systems
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues
- Escalates critical matters when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic, Spanish, and/or Portuguese (both written and spoken), any other language plus English will be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge of forex trading concepts and financial markets is advantageous.
- Prior customer support or Backoffice experience in forex or financial services is a plus
- Proficient in using relevant software including accounting software, and MS Office Suite
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to work in shifts
