Guest Services Officer
Guest Services Officer
On behalf of our client, a broad-spectrum property management service provider, we are looking for a Guest Services Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcomes and greets guests/tenants.
- Answers the phone and makes reservations, takes and distributes messages or emails, and direct calls.
- Informs guests of apartments rates and services
- Registers and checks in guests to their apartments.
- Receives and transmits messages to guests and owners.
- Liaises with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance team to address any problem or complaints made by tenants or owners.
- Acts as a point of reference for tenants or owners who need assistance or information.
- Responds to complaints and find the appropriate solutions.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Qualification in Office Administration/Hospitality Management.
- Experience in customer relationship and hospitality management of at least 6 months.
- Proven experience in front Office Management.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant computer software including MS Office and booking and payments systems(visa).
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Strong communication skills.

On behalf of our Client, an import and distribution company, we are looking for a Stock and Delivery Officer to be based at their retail department in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepares, organises and executes orders
- Delivers service and support to customers
- Directly delivers goods to customers
- Delivers goods from/to store
- Keeps and ensures that supplies are well-stocked both in store and warehouse
- Ensures, maintains and counts the stock
- Counts and writes down shortages of goods in relevant document
- Provides fast, precise and efficient stock receiving
- Performs other duties requested by Management
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position would be considered as an advantage
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail

Technical Service Coordinator
Technical Service Coordinator
On behalf of our Client, a leading maritime satellite communications and technologies provider, we are looking for a Technical Service Coordinator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives and records service inquiries in the company’s electronic systems
- Communicates with several suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best offer
- Provides quotations to customers for applicable charges according to their requirements
- Assists to maintain price lists and discount matrixes from suppliers and each customer
- Assists to evaluate suppliers on regular basis based on the volume of services requested
- Maintains a list of approved/preferred supplier
- Assigns service jobs to the Technical team
- Leases with the Technical team for support advice for the Navigation/Communication equipment
- Ensures close contact with Logistics to ensure the availability of requested spares or equipment
- Communicates with Logistics and ensures that all required information is shared (quantity of spares inquired, customer contact details etc.) appropriately and the Logistics will follow up with the customer to deliver the order
- When applicable, communicates with Logistic to deliver necessary parts or equipment requested from technicians
- Ensures that all completed services and delivered orders have been invoiced in collaboration with the Accounts Department
- Maintains good communication and cooperation with other departments.
- Participates in the On-Call Rotation Schedule, to handle when necessary, after office hours urgent requests from customers. (shift weekly patterns between team members)
- Handles after-office hours tasks when required
Job Requirements
- Degree in Management, Shipping, or adequate experience in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of the English Language - Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions
