On behalf of our client, a law firm providing a comprehensive range of legal services to local and international clients, we are looking for a Corporate Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages, handles, and responds to all incoming calls and mail
- Arranges and organizes appointments
- Responsible for the filing system and writing any company letters requested by the management
- Manages and administrates of a portfolio of companies daily
- Learning and using new and upgraded programs
- Prepares the corporate documents
- Issues invoices
Job Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in secretarial studies and/or diploma or certificate on corporate governance and administration
- Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek Language
- MS Office and Computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
