On behalf of our client, a law firm providing a comprehensive range of legal services to local and international clients, we are looking for a Corporate Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides secretarial support and handles emails
- Operates various electronic systems, such as (among others) Lotus Notes and the government portal Ariadne
- Files documents and cases
- Communicates in writing and via telephone (including drafting letters and emails) in Greek and English with clients, partners, colleagues from all company departments, banks, accounting firms, the Registrar of Companies, and other government services and public authorities
- Answers phone calls and forwards messages
- Learns and uses new and upgraded software
- Prepares corporate and other documents
- Completes forms, registers documents, and files applications with the Registrar of Companies via the respective online platform
- Prepares documents for court submissions
- Drafts and sends invoices
- Performs any other tasks deemed necessary to serve the clients of the Corporate Department and to ensure the smooth operation, organization, and enhancement of this department within the company
Job Requirements:
- A diploma or degree (e.g., office administration) relevant to the position will be considered an asset
- Excellent knowledge and use of computers (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages
- Previous experience as a corporate administrator in a law firm or service provider company will be considered an additional asset
- Organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Proficiency in Excel
