On behalf of our client, a cybersecurity company, we are looking for an Executive Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Reports to the CEO and COO.
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and COO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, quotes, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Answers phones, screening calls, and directing to the appropriate person or department.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives and guests.
- Receives incoming communication on behalf of senior staff and distributes content to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks, including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Acts as a company liaison for marketing events and other marketing activities.
- Organizes company staff events and activities.
- Organizes company events like conferences and workshops.
- Performs receptionist duties.
- Prepares corporate documents.
- Receives customer orders.
- Maintains strict confidentiality.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by managers.
Job Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
- At least four years of related experience are required.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new or updated software.
- Proficient on the LinkedIn platform.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
