On behalf of our client, a Real Estate Developer company, we are looking for an Executive Administrator, to be based at their offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follows up with the Municipality and Land Registry office for Planning Permit, Building Permit, and Title Deed enquiries
- Follows up with architects for the issuance of Planning and Building Permits for individual projects
- Liaises with the architectural office, contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers for all projects
- Prepares tenders for contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Examines quotations from various contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers and forwards recommendations
- Prepares, organizes, and stores information in digital format on the company CRM
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Executive Administration duties is essential
- Fluency in Greek and English
- A degree in a relevant field is considered an advantage
- Fluency in both Greek and English
