Kindergarten Manager

On behalf of our client, a high-quality kindergarten in the field of education, we are looking for a Kindergarten Manager, to be based in their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides strong leadership to the faculty and staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the school
  • Manages budgetary responsibilities, including resource allocation and financial planning
  • Oversees the development and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum that meets the educational needs of children
  • Recruits, hires, and trains qualified teaching and administrative staff
  • Cultivate positive relationships with parents, providing regular communication and opportunities for involvement in their child’s education
  • Monitors the children’s progress and intervenes as needed to address academic, behavioral, or social-emotional concerns
  • Acts as a liaison between the school and the community, participating in outreach activities and fostering partnerships with local organizations
  • Coordinates logistics for school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Excellent communication in English and Greek Language
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience within an educational setting, preferably in early childhood education
  • Experience in a similar role would be considered an advantage 
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards would be considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, parents, and community members
